Practical thinking on implementing, scaling, and supporting the platforms that run modern legal work.
You are securing hundreds of matter workspaces by hand, and every manual assignment is a chance for the wrong person to see the wrong file. How WSM automates that work, and the policy design that keeps it safe.
You are about to put ndOffice on every desktop, and lawyers will judge NetDocuments by how Word behaves on day one. How to plan and pilot the rollout, and the tests that catch problems before they spread.
You need to prove sensitive client content cannot leave the DMS and that your firm controls who holds the encryption keys. How DLP and CMEK each work, and the governance that makes both hold up in an audit.
You need to send a signed agreement or a large file to someone outside the firm, and an attachment leaves no control. How secure links share it safely, and the settings that keep every link in check.
Your new matter workspaces should open with one clean structure, yet they drift further apart each quarter. How to design and govern NetDocuments workspace templates, and the tests that keep them safe.
Legal, HR, and finance share your NetDocuments environment, and every new group quietly widens who can see what. How to design least-privilege access across departments, and the reviews that keep it tight.
You have a CLM build that passed UAT, and now it has to reach Production without breaking folders, workflows, or permissions. How Docusign CLM deployment works, and the checks that make release day routine.
You connected Docusign CLM to Salesforce, and now sales and legal keep finding contract data that does not match. How to set field ownership, write-back, and error handling so both systems tell the same story.
You have contracts, workflows, and approvers running in Docusign CLM, and leadership keeps asking for numbers you cannot pull quickly. How to build the reports and shared dashboards that answer them every week.
You want contracts in Docusign CLM to route, remind, and start workflows without someone clicking through every step. How Smart Rules work, and the design and testing habits that keep them reliable.
You signed the contract, and now your company owes payments, notices, and service levels that nobody tracks in one place. How party records and obligation capture in Docusign CLM keep those commitments visible.
You are configuring Docusign CLM, and two kinds of groups will decide who sees each contract and who acts on it. How user groups and task groups differ, and the setup choices that keep work moving.
